This site offers delivery to mainland USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Delivery is by standard Ground Service unless otherwise requested and the appropriate additional charges are paid.
On orders to Puerto Rico, Mexico and Bermuda, higher delivery rates apply - please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 533-2636 for more information.
