Monday to Saturday 10am-6.30pm. Any amendments to these times will be posted on our website.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
For all appointments credit card details will be required at the time of booking.
Clients who wish to cancel or re-schedule appointments are requested to give 24 hours notice otherwise the full cost of the treatment booked will be incurred.
This policy also applies if you do not attend a booking.
Consultation and Health
For your first visit, a 15 minute consultation will be added to your treatment time to ensure suitability for all treatments.
Please inform your therapist if you have any health concerns or if you are pregnant.
Personal details taken from clients during the consultation procedure will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
Treatment Time
Please arrive early to prepare and relax prior to treatment. All times given are the actual treatment times.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
Etiquette
Please ensure all mobile phones or pagers are switched off during your visit.
Robes and Slippers
A robe and slippers are provided for use during treatment sessions for all clients.
Valuables
Some treatments require the removal of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all valuables before
leaving as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
Products
A full range of the skin care products used during your treatments is available for purchase.
Under 16’s
Treatments are not available for people under the age of 16.
Amendments
Fortnum & Mason reserve the right to withdraw/change information without prior notification.
