Since Charles Fortnum shared his fortune with the staff of the day, Fortnum's has always had an enlightened approach to employment. In previous centuries we were the only store that actively encouraged union membership, and all jobs were held open for employees called to serve in World Wars.
However, even Fortnum & Mason has to recruit new employees from time to time and we are always looking for the right person.
